|Overlook EMS Advisory Council|
The Overlook EMS Advisory Council serves as a liaison between Overlook Medical Center and the Emergency Medical Service organizations in it's service area. Members of the Council include the Overlook's Emergency Department, Satellite Emergency Department in Union, Mobile Intensive Care Unit, Cardio Pulmonary Department, CenCom (dispatch agency), Hospital administration, and 25 area pre-hospital care providers (First Aid & Rescue Squads).

The Council meets bi-monthly. Meetings are usually held at Overlook Hospital on the second Wednesday of the month in January, March, May, September and November.
Member squads may send as many members as they wish, but each squad is allowed only 1 vote. Member squads typically have 2 delegates, one of whom is often the Captain, EMS Chief or President.
